If you are a normal reader of mine, you know that I have not been the biggest fan of the WWE product recently. My RAW reviews have been under five for the last month, except for one. I thought No Way Out was by far the worst PPV of the year. Anything involving John Cena and John Laurinaitis has pretty much been unwatchable. There has been way too much filler on TV in recent weeks. Ryback and Sin Cara are perfect examples of that. The best part of WWE TV in the last month has been C.M. Punk, Daniel Bryan and A.J. But if you believe Vince McMahon, those guys aren't big enough to be legitimate WWE superstars.

The RAW Truth Review for 6/11/12
I guess I can consider this good prep in anticipation for 3 hour RAWs come July. But we get Vince McMahon on this week's show. My guess? Vince is about to fire John Laurinaitis, then a shadowy figure descends from the ceiling and swoops Vince away, and we get a "Who Kidnapped Vince" angle for the summer.
Did You Really Think This Would Get Settled in the Opening?
John Laurinaitis came out on his scooter. Before Laurinaitis could say anything Vince McMahon came out to a big pop. Laurinaitis offered his hand, but Vince said that he didn't know where that hand has been. Vince asked Laurinaitis why he should not fire him right now. Laurinaitis said its because "People Power" has become one of the biggest phenomena in WWE history, and people love him for it. Laurinaitis said both him and Vince are visionaries and great businessmen. Vince blamed Laurinaitis for the Brock Lesnar situation. Vince then ripped him for signing the Big Show to an Iron Clad contract and said Show hasn't done anything relevant since 1999. Laurianitis said Vince is bias because D-X shoved his head up Show's butt a few years back. Laurinaitis said everyone looks up to him as their friend.

A Look at This Week's WWE News 6/4/12-6/9/12
It is that time of the week again. Time to look back at this week's news in the WWE. You can expect to see these kinds of postings on a semi regular basis. Or if I don't have an idea for an original column due to writer's block. On PPV weekends you'll get a Preview and that's all. Or on weeks like this one. I started a new job this week and am still working part time at my previous job, so my postings may come at various times throughout the summer. Expect my PPV Preview to come out around Thursday next week. I will be busy almost all weekend next week from Friday through Sunday evening. But I will more than likely be covering No Way Out live next Sunday.
So with all that in mind, lets take a look at some of the WWE's happenings this week, with some of my insight added at the end.

The RAW Truth Review for 5/28/12
Happy Memorial Day to all my American readers. Lets see just how patriotic this RAW and Review will be.
Fi Fy Fo!
After an unnecessarily long recap of the Big Show/John Cena stuff from last week, Big Show came out. Big Show said he was happy to do his job. He said he doesn't have to smile and pander anymore because he has an iron clad contract. Show said he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants. Show said there is no one in his league at all. Show complained about Brodus Clay coming out and having fun minutes after he was on his knees begging for a job. He specifically called out Kofi Kingston and R-Truth, who he thought were his friends. He called everyone shallow and phony. But Show said John Cena disappointed him the most. Show thought Cena was going to fight and stand up for Show's job, but instead Cena made jokes. Show said he hurt Cena last week, and what he does at No Way Out will be the same. Show said No Way Out will be the most embarrassing loss of his career. And that puts a smile on his face.
